1. Music, Exercise, & Dinner
Put on music that makes me feel confident, beautiful and pumps me up
Exercise to release any extra energy
Prepare an especially healthy dinner free of any excess salt, sugar or fats
2. Shower
Apply face cleanser
Shampoo and rinse hair
Put in conditioner
Shave
Wash the rest of my body from my neck downwards
Rinse out conditioner and wash face cleanser off
Shave again, just in case
Towel Dry
3. Hair
Towel Dry
Spray in Redken: One United
Comb through hair
4. Skincare
Look over body one more time for any missed spots shaving
Apply lotion all over
Apply face moisturizer
Apply lip moisturizer
Check to make sure my eyebrows look okay, tweeze if needed
5. Nails
Check cuticles, soak them and push back if needed
Check nail tips, file into round top if needed
Remove any old nail polish with moisturizing nail polish remover
Rinse hands in cold water
Apply one coat of nail conditioner
Apply four coats of either red or a neutral color polish
Apply clear topcoat
6. Ect
Apply antiperspirant in case I forget to do it tomorrow
Brush teeth for longer than usual and gargle with mouthwash
Fix bed with a clean set of silk sheets
Read up on any important current events I may have missed for conversational purposes
Review messages with POT to get a better sense of his interests
Research his interests
Double check the internet for any information on him that I may have missed before
Double check the SB Blacklists for him
Get 8-10 hours of sleep
Comments
